The House Within
In dreams, the house is symbolic of the self. Not all parts of our selves are known to us. Some things are hidden; buried underground or locked behind doors. But locks have keys and buried things can grow.
Through astrology, we can retrieve what is unconscious from the shadows and bring them into the light of our awareness.
Then, we become the cultivators of the garden. We become the keepers of our house.
Chiron
In Greek mythology, Chiron (pronounced “Kai-ron” in English) was the wisest and most just of all the centaurs. Twice wounded, both psychologically and physically, he would be known as the Wounded Healer.
In astrology, the placement of Chiron in your chart reveals the wound that—once healed—becomes your unique gift for helping others.
House of Chiron is a space to tend to those wounds, retrieve what has been forgotten, and begin the work of healing.
The Journey
